Thompson Central Park New York, By Hyatt is a great location with a rustic burger bar serving delicious burgers and a fabulous breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the rooms need more detailed cleaning, and we faced issues with the condition of the bathroom ceilings. Despite these setbacks, the continental breakfast was a delightful start to the day, and the park view from our room was beautiful. We appreciated the staff's effort to accommodate us when the pool was closed for renovations. Our experience was pleasant, but improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are necessary to enhance the stay.
